"Changing your diet can be extremely overwhelming and extremely difficult to follow through. I definitely struggled on my own throughout the years until Allison and I started working together.
Allison has a naturalistic approach, which I love. She is extremely kind and understanding, and so amazingly encouraging! The changes we made started small. And there was never a "rule" to conform to these changes every day. We celebrated small wins together, and those grew into meaningful, lasting changes. We've created meal goals, discovered and are still working to rectify food and eating related trauma and my relationships with both."
Over the months, I have chosen to completely remove caffeine from my diet which has improved my mental state IMMENSELY. Not to mention that I have lost weight naturally in the process. Although weight loss was never the main goal for working with a nutritionist, I am happy to be losing weight without obsessing over it!!
I cannot explain enough how wonderful working with Allison has been and I am so grateful for all her time! With her help, I am in a much healthier place both mentally and physically. I couldn't have done it without her!
